A Holistic Approach to Healthcare
Welcome. My approach to patient care values the importance of the patient-doctor relationship. It focuses on all aspects of one’s being; encompassing the mind, body and spirit connection. It is vital to address one as a complete picture, rather than as an isolated illness.

Frequently Asked Questions
A holistic approach is all-encompassing and takes into account all the aspects of who you are and why things are not functioning correctly. It is most definitely a journey and not a one-stop shop to fix the sprung leaks, rather it is a re-building of your entire framework.
Natural healing takes time and commitment. As I always tell my patients, it’s 10 steps forward and 3 steps back. Many layers and levels of dysfunction have to come up to surface and unwind themselves to reveal the true potential of your health underneath it all.
That being said, I usually tell new patients to expect a 6-12 month journey as a realistic timeline.
I do accept several carriers under the out-of-network plan coverages in New York State, and will look into your individual policy before your initial visit.
I do not provide prescription medications, but will present alternatives in the form of natural supplements, food modifications, homeopathic remedies and more.
Typically you will have visits 1-2 times per month at the beginning, and then less frequently after you have reached a stable place in your treatment program.
